Originally from Brazil, my journey began with yoga in 2015 and evolved to include strength training, mobility, and functional movement. My approach prioritizes safety, accessibility, and client-centered care, backed by specialized training in fitness for healthy aging, adaptive movement, and sustainable practices for lifelong well-being.
